MEASUREMENT To measure your current condition, you come by regularly for testing. Alternatively, you can easily rent a plate to take home, and we’ll carry out the test via video conference.

ANALYSIS Afterwards, we will immediately discuss the results, causes and connections of your development. Based on this, we create a new, optimized training plan that is perfectly adapted to your current potential.

TRAINING Now it's up to you to implement the training consistently! I’m gonna support you by ensuring the quality of execution & accompanying coaching.

  • Cyccess controls your entire training process and shows you which method is most suitable for your development. So Cyccess is not a new training method, but a control system that ensures that all methods are used efficiently.

  • First, we work together to analyse everything you have done so far, and then we optimise and add to your training. It’s a harmonious process.

  • Yes, of course we try to integrate your entire support environment. Your specialist trainer is welcome to be present at the tests, and all the planning is usually done in close consultation.

  • Yes, absolutely! Jumping uses almost all your musculature, and above all it fully activates your entire nervous system. That’s the most important part for the analysis. So the tests are universally applicable; they are relevant for sports that stress the extensor muscles (such as football), of course, and also for sports in which the extensor muscle is not directly used (e.g. canoeing)!

  • It’s hard to answer that question in general terms. Sometimes, the performance curve goes up after just a few weeks. But it can also take months if a lot has to be changed in your training. But if you are consistent, it always works!

  • Unfortunately no, because training can’t be planned reliably without the tests. We need to know exactly where you’re starting from!

  • Our algorithm recognises how well your nervous system is performing from the acceleration curves measured in your jumps. We compare these data with all previous results and use them to identify your state of regeneration and your stress level.

  • Only if it’s not possible to do otherwise. However, the reliability and quality of the training improves when you do more tests.
